Purchasing In Store/Online
How can I make a purchase? You can make a purchase online or in store. To purchase online, simply add your chosen item/s to your cart and follow the checkout steps.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order? No, you don’t.
Outlet Purchases
Can I purchase outlet items online? Some of our Outlet Items are available to purchase online. If this is the case they will show as “In Stock” on our website. Any floor-stock items will need to be sited in store and a floor-stock disclaimer signed prior to confirming an order. Outlet
Payments
What payment methods does SR Interiors accept? We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, as well as Bank Transfer. If you’d like to pay by Bank Transfer contact us and we can provide you with our bank details.
How do I know if my payment was successful? You will receive an email from us confirming your order and payment. If you did not receive an email confirmation please email us on info@srinteriors.co.nz for assistance.
How do I use my store credit online? Yes, just pop in your voucher code at the checkout to redeem your store credit.
Order Confirmation
What will I receive once my order is placed? An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Will I get order updates? Yes, our team will be in touch with you to schedule a delivery time and will provide a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost? Delivery is based on location and meters squared. The delivery fees will be displayed at the checkout prior to payment and order completion. Please review these before you confirm your order.
What are the delivery option? We offer Standard Delivery, which is delivery to your door, or White Glove Delivery, this includes unboxing, placement and rubbish removal in your home.
What do I do if an item arrives damaged? In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged item, please take photos and send them to info@srinteriors.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your items so we can lay a claim with our supplier or the delivery company.
Returns
Can I return an item? Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns on in stock and indent/pre-order or special order items.
Faulty Item/s
How do I report a faulty item? Email us on info@srinteriors.co.nz with pictures of packing and any damage on the same day of receiving delivery so we can lay a claim with our supplier or delivery company.
